Preston Recruitment is hiring a Data Centre Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at a high-profile mission-critical facility in Belfast.
This is a leadership role managing a specialist team responsible for maintaining 24/7 critical infrastructure and ensuring maximum uptime across a live data centre environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and lead 1 x Supervisor + 4 x Shift Technicians
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
- Ensure uptime, reliability, and operational performance
- Manage subcontractors and specialist vendors
- Drive health & safety and statutory compliance
- Lead client relationships and technical delivery
- Monitor engineering KPIs and service performance
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background working with mission-critical plant, including:
- UPS Systems
- Generators
- HVAC cooling systems
- HV/LV power systems
- Electrical and mechanical building services infrastructure
- Experience in 24/7 critical environments
- Electrical or mechanical qualification
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000.00 Per Annum +£5,800.00 Car Allowance = £50,800.00 Per Annum
