Preston Recruitment is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of our annual Charity 5-a-side Football Tournament, dedicated to supporting the vital work of the British Heart Foundation (BHF). This year’s event promises an exciting blend of competitive spirit and charitable goodwill, all for a cause that touches countless lives.
Arranged for Thursday, 24th July 2025, with a 4pm kick-off at Shoreditch Powerleague in London, the tournament will bring together teams of employees representing businesses across London’s Facilities Management and Data Centre scene. Following the games, participants and supporters alike will gather at The Crown & Shuttle for an evening of camaraderie, celebrations, food, and drinks.
The British Heart Foundation, established in 1961, is the UK’s leading charity in the fight against heart and circulatory diseases. Through pioneering research, life-saving support services, and impactful advocacy, the BHF plays a pivotal role in improving heart health and saving lives across the country.
In addition to Preston Recruitment entering our own team again, this year’s tournament will also feature a vast line up of other teams made up of employees representing companies like Jaguar Building Services, CBRE Data Centres, Ergro, Apleona UK, Edmund Services, NTT Data, and more. Each team brings not only their competitive spirit but also a shared commitment to supporting the British Heart Foundation’s vital work in the fight against heart disease.
