Chiller Technician – Up to $124,000 + Company Van + Full Benefits | Indianapolis, IN United States
Are you an experienced Chiller Technician looking for your next big career move?
You will be working with a highly respected U.S. facilities services provider that’s looking to hire an exceptional engineer to join their mobile chiller engineering team in Indianapolis covering the I-465 Loop.

Key Duties:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
- Work on systems including centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption chillers
- Working on brands such as Trane, York, Daikin and McQuay
- Ensure full compliance with EPA & OSHA standards
- Represent the business professionally on client sites, delivering excellent service.
The Individual:
- EPA Certified
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working on commercial/industrial chillers
- Hands-on experience with major OEM systems (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, McQuay)
- Post-secondary vocational or Technical school diploma in Refrigeration from an accredited Institution required OR a recognized apprenticeship program.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting, safety awareness, and customer service skills
The Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $124,000/year + overtime available
- Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 Hours
