Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Data Centre – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

My client is a market-leading data centre service provider and due to continued growth within their High Wycombe site, they are seeking a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their established technical team. Salary & Package:
- £50,000.00 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
- 1 in 3 Call-Out Rotation (£3500 Allowance Per Annum)
- Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on critical M&E systems, including UPS, generators, CRAC Units and other HVAC Systems, AHUs, and FCUs
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and effectively
- Undertake repairs and small-scale installations as required
- Manage subcontractors, quotes, and procurement of parts and materials
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including permits to work, risk assessments, and logbook management
The Person:
- City & Guilds / NVQ / BTEC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills across M&E systems
- Excellent communication and reporting ability
- Career-driven and eager to progress into senior technical or supervisory roles
