Location: London (Zones 1-3)
Salary: £55,000.00 per annum
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Extra Works Supervisor (Hard FM) to join our clients dynamic team. This role involves delivering projects ranging from £2,000 to £50,000 in value across a portfolio of commercial offices in London Zones 1-3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously (mechanical, electrical and fabric) ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Hard FM sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services).
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Full UK driving license.
