Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Facilities Maintenance – Longcross, Chertsey Surrey
My client is one of the UK’s leading maintenance service providers. who is actively seeking a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in Longcross, Chertsey. This is a very rare opportunity to join an unique property estate, working alongside a team of multi skilled maintenance engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance works.
Job Specification:
The role will require you to manage remedial works and ensure that all planned and reactives tasks are complete of a Mechanical bias working on pumps, HVAC, generators etc to name a few. Alongside, escort any subcontractors around the building when required, compile extra works quotes, weekly catch ups with the Facilities Manager.
Salary & Package:
- £50,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime Available
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00

The Person:
- Mechanical Qualification and relevant building maintenance experience.
