We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mobile Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Cambridgeshire region during your assigned working hours. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and maximizing M&E plant productivity throughout a portfolio of standout buildings in Cambridgeshire.
Your New Role:
- To deliver and manage PPM to SFG20 in line with contract SLA’s.
- Complete reactive / Quoted tasks within SLA.
- Update the CAFM system.
- Keeping the building manager informed of any works or issues.
- Management of Specialist contractors across sites under your control.
- Complete on-site audits.
- To ensure the team maintains a positive, smart & professional presence.
- Deliver site meetings as required.
- Host daily conference calls ensuring all KPIs, and SLAs are achieved.
