Maintenance Engineer – Birmingham – Commercial Office Premises
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a fantastic commercial office premises in Birmingham.
As one of four, Maintenance Engineers, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of this premier facility during your assigned hours. You will play a vital role in minimising downtime and maximising M&E plant productivity throughout this stand out building which is located only a stone’s throw from Symphony Hall in the heart of Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and resolve any equipment or system malfunctions.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery, systems, and equipment across Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC on plant such as AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Generators, LV Power, Water Treatment to name a few..
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Salary & Package:
- £43,000.00 Per Annum +Overtime (£50,000.00)
- Monday to Friday
- 8am till 5pm
- FREE Parking Onsite
- Overtime Available at x1.5 / x2.0
- 25 Days Annual Leave

The Person:
- City & Guilds OR NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical
- Competent building maintenance knowledge
- Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
