My client is one of the UK’s leading maintenance service providers, currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover the maintenance operations across one of their flagship commercial sites, based within a 12-storey high end commercial office environment in Salford, Manchester.
This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable engineer, competent working alone and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job Specification:
- Repair and Maintenance to Mechanical systems in Plantroom areas.
- PPMs, Reactive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs
- Emergency Light Testing, Fire Alarm Testing, AHU Filter Changes, FCU Maintenance, AC Units, Generators etc.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Salary & Package:
- £39,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday-Friday
- 08:00-17:00 (Flexible)
- 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- 3% Company Penson Contribution
- Overtime Available
- Training and Progression Provided
- Company Phone, Uniform etc. Provided
The Person:
- Level 2 or 3 Mechanical/ HVAC/ Plumbing/ Building Services Qualification
- Basic Electrical Knowledge/ Experience.
- Demonstrate Strong Communication and People Skills due to client facing role.
