My client is one of the UK’s leading maintenance service providers, currently seeking an intelligent and personable Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover the maintenance operations across a commercial office portfolio, joining a modern and forward-thinking business operating across my clients ‘East Region’ contract – covering Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire.
This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable team player and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) Job Specification:
- Repair and Maintenance to Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC systems in Plantroom areas.
- PPMs, Reactive Maintenance and Emergency Repairs
- Emergency Light Testing, Fire Alarm Testing, HVAC Maintenance; AHU Filter Changes, FCU Maintenance etc.
- Using BMS Management Systems to diagnose faults
- Completing E-logs, arranging quotes, ordering materials etc.
Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) Salary & Package:
- £40,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday-Friday | 08:00-17:00
- Company Van
- Fuel Expensed
- 23 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- 3% Company Penson
- Private Health Care
- By-annual Performance Bonus
- Phone and Tablet Provided
- Overtime Available
- 1 in 7 Call Out
- Probation: Three Months

- Mechanical or Plumbing Qualification Preferred
- Demonstrate Strong Communication and People Skills due to client facing role.
