Shift Maintenance Engineer – Paddington, London – Outstanding Premier Building
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a brand new shift team. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of this premier facility during your assigned shift. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and maximizing M&E plant productivity throughout this stand out building in Paddington.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and resolve any equipment or system malfunctions.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery, systems, and equipment across Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies to minimize production interruptions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Salary & Package:
- £50,000.00 – £55,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime
- 12 Hour Shift Pattern – Days & Nights – Continental Shift Pattern
- Overtime Available at x1.5 / x2.0

The Person:
- City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical
- Competent building maintenance knowledge
- Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
- Able to write report and carry out quotes.
